Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users in connection with the Services, except in cases of the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 6 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms as needed. Amended Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the website of the Services.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
